DESCRIPTION

The MBU500 series is a family of open frame medical power supplies that are designed to offer 500W continuous output power with a single output of either 12v, 24v, 36v or 48v (coming with a universal input of 90-264 Vac) at efficiencies up to 92%.

Being a Class I power supply, the MBU500 series delivers high efficiency and high power density, and features overvoltage protection (OVP), overload protection (OLP), over-temperature protection (OTP), over current protection (OCP), enhanced no-load performance and wide operating temperature of -40 to +70°C; additionally, all units pass the burn-in test at full load condition. The series conforms to major international safety standards including UL94V-1, IEC/ES/EN/EMC/CSA C22.2 60601, etc., and is fully compliant with RoHS directive.

Meeting the requirements for a 2 x MOPP (Means of Patient Protection) classification, the MBU500 switching power supplies are designed for medical applications and are ideal for medical equipment such as ultrasound systems, blood chemistry analyzers, medical imaging equipment, patient monitors, etc.
